Saved Replies

Saved replies are useful so that you don’t have to write the same messages again and again. You can type them once and then access them an infinite amount of times in the future. They’re basically like message templates that you can save.

You can manage your saved replies from the settings pages here

Saved replies are a paid-only feature. You can only access them from the Drift Webb and Mobile Apps, not through our integrations. 



You can access a saved reply right from the conversations view

Once you click on that, you can add new saved replies or select ones that already exist.
