How to Setup a Shared Calendar with Drift
Want to create a shared calendar where multiple users can book meetings on a single calendar without conflicts?
Follow these steps and you can!
First, create a new calendar on your Gmail account.
Next, share your new calendar with your colleagues/fellow Drift users.
Lastly, connect your Calendar to Drift.
You and your fellow Drift users should connect to the new shared calendar through your respective settings.
Once these steps are completed, your team should be able to book meetings on the same calendar without booking over each other's times!
As always, if you run into any roadblocks while setting this up, let your friendly neighborhood Customer Advocate know and we'll be happy to help.
