Conversation Stats (reporting)

We know it’s important to understand how your conversations are going, so we give you a dashboard with the following statistics:

  • New conversations
  • Closed conversations
  • Average time to first response
  • Average time to close

On the stats page, you can sort a graph by each of these metrics over any time-frame you wish.
