Why Aren’t My Sequences Working?
In order for you to start nurturing your leads with Drift sequences, there are a few things you need to set up before you start enrolling contacts in sequences:
- Is your email connected? If not, you can head to app.drift.com/settings/email, or click here to connect your gmail account to Drift.
- Have you installed the Chrome extension? You need to have the chrome extension to send emails with Drift! You can download it here! You can check the status of your extension by going to chrome://extensions to double-check if you’ve installed the extension!
- Have you set up the Sequences Playbook? The admin of your account can set up your sequences playbooks, so all you have to do is start enrolling leads. Head to your Playbooks marketplace in your Drift account and choose the Send an Outbound Email Sequence Playbook!
Only Admins can create Playbooks in your Drift account.
