You can track certain events in Drift and add them to your HubSpot's contact timeline! You can then create lists based on these events and be able to retarget your site visitors who have chatted with you using Drift.
These events will be automatically added to your contacts, with no work needing to be done on your side.
The events you can track from Drift to HubSpot are:
- Anytime a conversation that you have with a contact is closed in Drift, that will be logged as an event in the contact timeline in HubSpot
- Anytime a meeting was booked in Drift by a HubSpot contact
- Marking a Lead as a CQL
