What if I add a CTA to “start a conversation” but I’m not available?

So long as you have setup Offline hours if somebody clicks on the CTA to “Start a conversation” they will see the offline message and be able to submit a message, which you can respond to whenever you’re available again.

If you select this and you’re offline hours are enabled, the end user will see the option to submit a message
