Why is my calendar disconnected?

Your calendar may have been disconnected if you see this message in-app:


...or if a prospect has received this message when attempting to schedule time with you:

If this is the case, your calendar has become disconnected. This can happen for a variety of reasons, and its normal to experience this periodically. 

Here are some of the reasons why your calendar could be disconnected:

  • Access was revoked automatically because you reset the password or activated multi-factor authentication
  • The connection may have become "stale" and needs to be refreshed
  • Your IT department may have changed your organization's security settings
  • Access was revoked by your calendar provider (Google or Microsoft) for maintenance or security reasons

To fix, visit your Drift Meeting Settings and reconnect your calendar. If there is still a problem, or if you have any questions, start a chat with us and we'll help you out!
