Meeting Booked: Phone Capture

When a customer books a meeting, you need a phone number to call them on. A meeting with number phone number isn't going to help close sales after all.

That's why we have the ability to ask for a phone number after a meeting is booked from a Playbook goal. 

To get a phone number at meeting booked:

1. In the Playbook, open the Meeting Goal 

2. Check Send Calendar

3. Then check Ask for a phone number as well

4. Save the goal, and publish the playbook! 


Asking for a phone number at meeting booked, is only available in a goal at this time. The Schedule a Meeting Skill does not have this setting. 


The customer will then see this!
